This is teTeX (version 0.4), a TeX distribution for UNIX compatible
systems.

Documentation can be found in:
  man:		UNIX manual format
  info:		GNU info format
  $TEXMF/doc:	various other formats (mostly dvi or ps)

The teTeX specific information (FAQ, ANNOUNCE, ...) have been moved to
  $TEXMF/doc/tetex
